REFUND POLICY

The shopper has the right to cancel their order within fourteen days of purchase, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If shopper cancels their order, they will have their payment returned within seven days of receipt of the undamaged goods. The shopper must contact first4markings by email or in writing stating their invoice number and date of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS

first4markings shall, free of charge and as quickly as possible replace such of the goods as may either be damaged in transit or having been placed in transit fail to be delivered to the shopper provided that: 1 in the case of damage to such Goods in transit the shopper shall within seven days of delivery give notice to the Supplier that the Goods have been damaged; and 2 in the case of non-delivery the shopper shall within seven days of the notified date of delivery give notice to the Supplier that the Goods have not been delivered.

Any costs incurred by the shopper in returning damaged or faulty goods shall be paid by the Supplier within seven days of receipt of the faulty goods.
